Joe Bruce

Joseph Bruce is a dual language elementary teacher from Rockford. He has an MA in Spanish Literature from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and an MEd in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois in Chicago.  He's always enjoyed reading, writing, and drawing.
